Who is this Program for?

This program is built for amateur rugby players who want to finally perform at the level they know they're capable of — without second-guessing their training, recovery, or lifestyle.

Is this program online or in person?

The full program is delivered online so you can follow it from anywhere in the world. That said, we also run exclusive in-person days in Cardiff for players who want hands-on coaching and the chance to level up their game in a live setting.

Do I need Experience?

Nope. Whether you’re just getting started or have years of training under your belt, this 1:1 coaching program is built to meet you where you're at. Every part of your plan — from your training and nutrition to your support and feedback — is tailored around your goals, lifestyle, and current level. No cookie-cutter programming. Just the right steps for you

How Many Days Do I Need to Train?

While more training can often lead to better results, the most important thing isn’t about how much you do, but how well you do it. Each training phase in the program allows you to select the frequency that best fits your lifestyle and commitments. This ensures you can maintain consistency without overwhelming yourself, and still achieve optimal progress. Whether you train 3, 4, or 5 days a week, the focus is always on quality over quantity, helping you get the most out of every session.

Do I Need to be fit to Join?

Not at all. We've helped people go pro but we've also helped people play their first game of rugby. The program is designed for anyone who want's to improve their performance. Whether you're coming back from injury, stuck in a rut, or already playing regularly — the program is designed to meet you where you're at and level you up block by block.

Will there be Nutrition Included?

Yes foundational nutrition support is included as part of your coaching. You’ll get guidance on how to fuel for performance, recovery, and body composition goals. If you’d like to go deeper, you have the option to upgrade and work directly with our Senior Performance Nutritionist for a more advanced, hands-on approach.

Is There a Minimum Commitment?

While you're free to join and leave at any time, achieving high performance cannot be rushed. On average, it takes about 16 weeks to see significant results. To truly unlock your potential and see lasting progress, we recommend committing to the full program duration for the best outcomes.
